First,the growth stage of sugar canes usually lasts for 12 to 18 months,and after they get ripe, they can be harvested mechanically or manually. Then, sugar canes harvested are crushed into juice in acrushing machine. Subsequently, sugar cane juice needs to be purifiedby a limestone filter.
In the next step, the purified juice is evaporated in an evaporator with a heating unit beneath it. Thus, juice with being heated becomes syrup. Thereafter, sugar cane syrup is processed in a centrifuge which can separate sugar crystals from syrup. In the last step, sugarcrystals dry and cool in a vat, where they finally become sugar.
To conclude, the whole manufacturing process includes 7 steps, during which sugar canes are initially processed into juice and then syrupand crystals, and ultimately those crystals turn into the end product, sugar.

In the first step, used plastic bottles are usually collected in special dustbins with a recyclable sign. Then, they are transported to recycling centers by trucks. In those centers, plastic bottles can besorted manually into recyclable category and nonre cyclable one.Subsequently, recyclable plastic bottles are compressed into blockswhich are then crushed into a great number of small plastic pieces inthe following step.
In the next step, those pieces can be washed and later processed into plastic pellets in a mechanic device. Thereafter, those pellets are blown to a certain place with a heating unit. After being heated,they can form raw materials, which can be used for producing some products, such as clothes, bottles, boxes, pens and bags in the last step. After those plastic bottles made of recyclable materials are used, they can be collected again in special dustbins. This is how anew recycling process begins.
In summary, through the above nine steps, plastic bottles can be recycled by being collected, transported, sorted, compressed,crushed, washed and heated. Meanwhile, raw materials those plastic bottles produce can widely be used for manufacturing many sorts of products.
